“Thank you so much, Jurgen, for taking the time today, during the holidays, to surprise my husband with the gift of tuning our antique Knabe piano.   It was a small investment for a great deal of joy, as you have done a magnificent job with this instrument.  We both appreciated the gentle care you took, and the sharpness of your ear to be able to tune its own perfection.  My husband can hardly be dragged away from the piano in order to make my dinner this evening, so it would appear that I have outsmarted myself.”

Nevertheless, you do provide wonderful service!  We shall see you again.
